SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing products. This policy will apply to any order you place with Revtec Autoparts. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Revtec Autoparts offers various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150.00*

Revtec Autoparts currently offers free Standard Ground shipping on orders exceeding $150.00. *Oversized/Heavy items will be charged a separate handling fee. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING FEES

Please reach out to orders@revtecautoparts.com if expedited shipping is needed. FEES WILL APPLY. 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.  

  1. Weekend Shipping: Revtec does not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

  2. Next Business Day Shipping: Orders for in-stock items placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed and shipped on the next business day. 

  3. Business Days: Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. 

  4. Shipping Methods: The shipping method selected during checkout will determine the estimated delivery date after the order is processed. 

  5. Order Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before 12 PM PST will typically be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. 

  6. Delivery Estimates: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided during checkout for more information. Revtec Autoparts makes every effort to ship all products in a single shipment. Hower, not every part is available at the same warehouse, and we may ship multiple packages. This will not affect the shipping cost. We are not responsible for any delays or stolen products by the shipping carrier. 

  7. Tracking Information: Orders can take approximately 1-7 business days to arrive. Once an order ships, we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number. Please allow one business day to receive the shipping email. If you do not receive a shipping email within that timeframe, please reach out to orders@revtecautoparts.com

  8. Exceptions: In certain cases, such as high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays in processing orders. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays impacting on your order. 

  9. Lost or Stolen Packages: Revtec Autoparts LLC is not liable for stolen or lost deliveries. If this occurs, a claim must be filed by the customer with the shipping provider. 

DELAYED ORDERS

Customer Service will reach out immediately if the product you purchased is out of stock or delayed. Inventory changes daily and may not be updated in time. If you choose to cancel the order, a refund will immediately be issued.
